Outdoor Fitness is BACK. And BETTER than ever!

Join Arsenal Yards for a Spring Outdoor Fitness series with Pure Barre, Kick it By Eliza, Bootcamp + more!

This week is Pure Barre! Pure Barre offers an effective total body barre workout focused on low-impact, high intensity movements that lift and tone muscles to improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body. For more information about Pure Barre Arsenal Yards (PBAY) click here.

Time: 5:45PM
Where: *NEW LOCATION* The Arsenal Green, in Arsenal Park
For check in, the easiest way to reach the Arsenal Green is by entering through the River Green (in between Buttermilk & Bourbon and Shake Shack). You will see a big sign for Arsenal Park and check in will be just beyond the sign.

Please bring your own mat and water.

Parking & directions

Arsenal Yards is approximately a 10-minute drive from Harvard Square and approximately a 15-minute drive from Copley Square. Other areas will find it easily accessible from the Mass Pike or Fresh Pond Parkway, among many routes available to Watertown’s East End. Once on site, ample free parking is available. Traveling via public transportation? MBTA bus route 70 stops right on site and can be picked up at the Central Square Red Line T stop.
