Join us at Arsenal Yards on Wednesday, August 20 for a morning of family fun to kick off the school year!

Wednesday, August 20th: Back-to-School Beats featuring:

🫧Bubbles McGee – delighting the crowd with bubbles, laughter, and interactive fun

🎶Little Beats – Music + Movement Class focused on playful learning, music and movement

Time: The morning starts with Bubbles McGee at 9:30 am and Little Beats' performance will be from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. The fun will continue with Bubble's McGee and other activities through 11:30.

Location: The River Green at Arsenal Yards

We also encourage donations to The Watertown Boys & Girls Club for after school snacks for their KidConnect Program for kids in grades K-3. Here is a list of some individually packaged snack items below!

ADDTIONAL EVENT DETAILS:

The River Green is located in front of Shake Shack. Seating is first come, first serve. We recommend wearing suntan lotion and bringing your own blanket as this event is outside and shade is not guaranteed. Parking is available in either the free Purple or Red parking garages.

We encourage you to enjoy food from one of our restaurants during or after the event. No alcohol is allowed.

Events are weather dependent, and we reserve the right to cancel an event in the case of inclement weather.

These events may photographed and by attending you are agreeing to be in photography that may be used for the Arsenal Yards website or other promotional purposes.

Parking & directions

Arsenal Yards is approximately a 10-minute drive from Harvard Square and approximately a 15-minute drive from Copley Square. Other areas will find it easily accessible from the Mass Pike or Fresh Pond Parkway, among many routes available to Watertown’s East End. Once on site, ample free parking is available. Traveling via public transportation? MBTA bus route 70 stops right on site and can be picked up at the Central Square Red Line T stop.
