Outdoor Fitness: Kickboxing Bootcamp

Mon, May 17  |  5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Take a lil' workout break and meet us on the River Green - our outdoor fitness series, sponsored by Blvd & Bond, is BACK.

Join us for an outdoor Kickboxing Bootcamp with Monique!

The class is suitable for all fitness levels as varying levels and exercise options will be provided throughout the class to provide everyone with a great workout!

About Monique:
Monique Magno is a local fitness instructor with over nine years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Monique's approach to fitness is simple: find something YOU enjoy, rather than trying to fit into the mold of what the media tells you is the best. Once we find something we enjoy, we are more likely to keep showing up, and consistency will help us get the results we want. Fitness does not have to be an all or nothing aspect in our lives; as long as we are moving our bodies in ways that make us feel good, we are going to feel better. With her high energy and upbeat music, you're sure to leave her classes feeling energized, powerful and ready to take on whatever the day might bring. All levels are welcomed and encouraged - Monique always offers varying levels throughout class to accommodate all participants.
