Arsenal Yards construction continues on schedule with great progress being made daily. The parking garage near Marshalls is nearing completion for a June 2019 opening. A new exterior entrance for Marshalls will be complete within the next few weeks. Surface parking remains available in front of Marshalls, with signage clearly marked.

Restoration of the original Arsenal historic building, which will house City Works and Majestic Cinema, is complete and tenants are now working on their own internal build out and finishes for a Fall 2019 opening.

Restoration of the other original Arsenal historic building remains in progress with masonry, window, and utility work being done, as well as internal framing. This is the future home of Shake Shack, Old Navy, Ulta, Gap, SQZ Biotech, and remains the current and future home of Marshalls. This will also be complete for a Fall 2019 opening.

Foundation work is in progress for the new construction building that will be home to Blvd & Bond apartments, Roche Bros, Condesa, and three other soon to-be-announced tenants.

Steel & utility work has begun for the new construction building that will be the future home of Chipotle and five additional future tenants.
