Great progress continues to be made onsite at Arsenal Yards. The future location of the new parking garage near Marshalls, with 700+ spaces, continues precast work and is now above ground.
The refurbishment of one of the original Arsenal building along Arsenal Street, is nearing completion, with beautiful new floor to ceiling windows and masonry details. Majestic Cinema and City Works will soon begin their personalization within their leased spaces here.
The other original Arsenal building, currently housing Marshalls, has begun demolition of the interior first floor, home of previous retail tenants. Second floor mezzanine concrete removal also continues. Masonry will continue with brick restoration on the West and East elevations, and window blocking has begun on the North elevation.
