Take a lil' workout break and meet us on the River Green - our outdoor fitness series, sponsored by Blvd & Bond, is BACK.
Join us for an Outdoor Slow Dance class with Ballroom in Boston!
Grab your partner and let the slow jams play. Our Slow Dance 101 class will focus on teaching you the basics of slow dancing. You'll also learn how to add some style with fun and easy tricks to sweep your partner off their feet! This class is perfect for a romantic date night; no experience necessary!

One ticket is valid for two people for this event.
A small donation to the Watertown Food Pantry is requested to secure your spot in class. The River Green is located in front of Shake Shack. Please bring your own mat and water. Masks are required and attendees will select a socially distant location upon check-in.
Registration required, limited space available. Registration opens one week before the class. Classes are weather dependent and we reserve the right to cancel classes in the case of inclement weather. All refunds will be processed for canceled classes.

Ballroom In Boston is a Watertown-based social dance studio that specializes in teaching adult beginners how to feel confident and comfortable on the dance floor. About the Instructors:
Bradley and Lilia have been teaching dance for a combined 27 years and know a thing or two about making the process fun and easy for adult beginners! Bradley started dancing as a kid since he grew up in a family of line dancers and Lilia started in college and has never looked back! Teaching as a team allows Lilia & Bradley to clearly explain and demonstrate both the leader's and follower's part, so that every step is easy to learn.

About the Fitness Series:
In partnership with local Watertown and Greater Boston Fitness studios, join us daily Sunday - Wednesday for a variety of outdoor classes April - September. All classes support a local community organization which will change each month. Classes may vary per week, please check our Events Calendar for all available classes. Classes will be held outside in the River Green, located near Shake Shack. Parking is available in the free red or purple parking garage, along with the surface parking area near City Works. Event Safety:
The safety of our guests, performers and staff remain our top priority. We are closely monitoring all changes to COVID-19 rules and regulations to ensure a safe experience for all. Following CDC guidelines, face masks are no longer required for individuals who are fully vaccinated. All non-vaccinated individuals are advised to continue to wear face masks at Arsenal Yards. Events will continue to have limited capacity which will be strictly enforced. Reservations are required, no walk-ins are allowed.

Parking & directions
Arsenal Yards is approximately a 10-minute drive from Harvard Square and approximately a 15-minute drive from Copley Square. Other areas will find it easily accessible from the Mass Pike or Fresh Pond Parkway, among many routes available to Watertown’s East End. Once on site, ample free parking is available. Traveling via public transportation? MBTA bus route 70 stops right on site and can be picked up at the Central Square Red Line T stop.
