Outdoor Fitness: Slow Power Yoga

On Monday's join us for a complimentary Slow Power Yoga Outdoor Class with Coeli Marsh (and a DJ too!).

About the Class: Build strength, increase flexibility and restore balance. This is an all-levels Vinyasa practice done at a slower pace to allow an effective study of alignment and cultivate a deeper connection to breath. Each class concludes with a nurturing and well deserved restorative sequence.

About the Instructor: Coeli Marsh, EdM, E-RYT 500,received her master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is adept at integrating her training in psychology with her background in yoga as a healing art. Coeli taught as a Master teacher for many years at the original Baptiste studios in Boston, and is the founder of the Teacher’s Study Project, a training and mentoring school for professional yoga teachers. She has directed yoga programs in the public and private school systems for more than 19 years, and remains committed to the study and application of yoga into everyday life.

Classes are complimentary and registration is required. Limited capacity available. Masks are required at this event and social distant spots will be assigned at check in. Please see below for a full list of safety regulations.

In partnership with local Watertown and Boston fitness studios, join us for daily outdoor fitness classes Monday - Thursdays at 5:30PM on the River Green.

Please note masks will be required at the event. Individuals will be separated by at least 6ft and will be assigned a social distant location. There is limited capacity for this event which will be strictly enforced. Reservations are required, no walk-ins are allowed.

Parking & directions

Arsenal Yards is approximately a 10-minute drive from Harvard Square and approximately a 15-minute drive from Copley Square. Other areas will find it easily accessible from the Mass Pike or Fresh Pond Parkway, among many routes available to Watertown’s East End. Once on site, ample free parking is available. Traveling via public transportation? MBTA bus route 70 stops right on site and can be picked up at the Central Square Red Line T stop.
