Outdoor Fitness: Kick it By Eliza

On Tuesday's join our Laura from Kick it by Eliza, for an outdoor complimentary fitness class.

Kick It By Eliza’s mission is to empower females, better known as the Fempire®, through a 13 round kickboxing and music-driven group fitness method. The class is high intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components, and a meditative cool down. All levels welcome.

Classes are complimentary and registration is required. Limited capacity available. Masks are required at this event and social distant spots will be assigned at check in. Please see below for a full list of safety regulations.

About the Series:

In partnership with local Watertown and Boston fitness studios, join us for daily outdoor fitness classes Monday - Thursdays at 5:30PM on the River Green.

Please note masks will be required at the event. Individuals will be separated by at least 6ft and will be assigned a social distant location. There is limited capacity for this event which will be strictly enforced. Reservations are required, no walk-ins are allowed.

Arsenal Yards is approximately a 10-minute drive from Harvard Square and approximately a 15-minute drive from Copley Square. Other areas will find it easily accessible from the Mass Pike or Fresh Pond Parkway, among many routes available to Watertown’s East End. Once on site, ample free parking is available. Traveling via public transportation? MBTA bus route 70 stops right on site and can be picked up at the Central Square Red Line T stop.
