Front Desk/Receptionist

Best of Boston Salon, James Joseph is now open in Arsenal Yards Watertown and seeking front desk help. Taking a bit of Newbury Street and a lot of fabulous to Watertown. We offer all hair services. We are looking for an outgoing, great communicator, to join our Salon and help run the desk, book and keep the salon going.
Receptionist Responsibilities include:
- Answering all phone calls. Booking appointments, canceling, moving them around and confirming
- Have excellent customer service and conversation skills as you will be the first and last impression to our new and loyal clients.
- Keep the salon clean and organized
- This person will either be the first to arrive or the last to leave. Key holder
- Product knowledge so, you can help the client choose the best for their hair.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.

Arsenal Yards is approximately a 10-minute drive from Harvard Square and approximately a 15-minute drive from Copley Square. Other areas will find it easily accessible from the Mass Pike or Fresh Pond Parkway, among many routes available to Watertown’s East End. Once on site, ample free parking is available. Traveling via public transportation? MBTA bus route 70 stops right on site and can be picked up at the Central Square Red Line T stop.
