Best Places to Walk near Watertown
It’s great to get outdoors but please remember to adhere to social distancing when leaving your house and exploring public areas. Here are some of our favorite local spots:

Watertown Free Public Library
While the Library is currently closed, you can still access books online via the E-Library. If you don’t have a library card, you can sign up for one online here and you will receive access to digital resources immediately. Please remember to return your E-Library books when you are finished as there are other people who would like to access these resources as well.

Watertown Boys & Girls Club
While the Watertown Boys & Girls Club is temporarily closed, check them out on Tic Tok at watertownbgc for a variety of fun ways to break up your day. Find out more on their Facebook account.

New England Aquarium
While the Aquarium is temporarily closed, you can still join for live presentations, new videos and a variety of activities to try from home, here.

Boston Museum of Science
As the Boston Museum of Science has gone virtual, check out their website daily for a variety of science content to continue to learn every day.

While the Mosesian Center for the Arts is temporarily closed, you can still get your daily dose of the arts by following them on Facebook or on Instagram.

Watertown Food Pantry
Support the local Watertown Food Pantry, as needs increase due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can mail your tax-deductible contributions or for more information on most needed items, please click here.

Mount Auburn Hospital
As a not profit, Mount Auburn Hospital relies on philanthropic support, especially at times like these. They have established a COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund to provide needed resources as they quickly and strategically respond to the community’s evolving needs. Watertown Fire and Police Departments
